Castle Pines, CO (November 20, 2014) JJKeegan+ publishes complimentary on-demand webinar presenting “The Low Hanging Fruit in Golf Course Architecture” featuring Kevin Norby, ASGCA principal of Minnesota based Herfort Norby Golf Course Architects.

JJ Keegan, Managing Principal of Golf Course stated, “It is great having an industry expert like Kevin Norby present his perspective on how golf course owners can continue to provide a superlative golf experience based on creating a master plan, ensuring player safety, and maintaining the course as it evolves as a living organism to ensure the strategy and playing corridors are properly maintained.”

Kevin Norby is the owner and senior architect of Herfort Norby Golf Course Architects.  He has recently completed renovations at Bakker Crossing, Bemidji Town and Country, Coal Creek Golf Course, Minnesota Valley Country Club, and Moccasin Creek Country Club in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Mr. Norby philosophy of architectural design is to incorporate wide fairways/landing areas with strategically placed fairway bunkers, strategic angles of approach to the green, elevated tee complexes to ensure unobstructed sight lines to green complexes resulting in a variety of shots to heighten the golfer experience.

Kevin Norby was one of the several guest lecturers in the JJKeegan+ Fall Webinar series.   To register for the Winter Webinar Series to develop a 2015 strategic plan and to keep abreast of changes Click here.
