FACT: There Are 80,000 Ways To Drink A Starbucks Beverage. From July 1 – 14, 2015, Starbucks is incentivizing customers to order in advance by mobile and prepay. Bonus stars are being given.
While I struggled to correctly order the first time I tried the application a Skinny Vanilla Latte, a Venti Coffee and a blueberry scone and defaulted to ordering only the scone as I sat outside the store, it got my wondering, wouldn’t the ability to prepay for your golf be a convenient way to accommodate the vast majority of public golfers? While some will argue that by discouraging golfers from visiting the pro shop may reduce impulse purchases, I believe that the added customer service convenience improves the experience.
