Several years ago, I bought a merino wool navy blue lined sweater/windshirt at Philadelphia Cricket Club. Loved it. Unfortunately, I left it in the storage area of a cart at the Broadmoor.

St Andrews Links has an official shop as well. The St Andrews quarter-zips I found there were synthetic performance fabrics, not lined merino, so Pebble Beach is the better fit for what you want.
